Human Ressources
We’re now looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and help maintain a professional, motivated, and well-trained team.
Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance:
- Calculate monthly salaries accurately, including all applicable taxes, NSSF, and other statutory deductions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and benefits.
Training & Development:
- Act as Training Manager for all brands represented by Saad & Trad.
- Coordinate and monitor brand-specific training programs to ensure every employee remains current with required certifications.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a confidential point of contact for employee feedback, complaints, and requests.
- Communicate employee concerns to management anonymously when necessary.
- Foster a positive, fair, and motivating work environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Identify talent needs and attract qualified candidates who align with the company’s culture and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Lebanese labor law and payroll regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Discretion, integrity, and a people-oriented mindset.
